1. Who we are
KYO Online Services Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through our website and, for our own account data, the platform. For customer CRM data, we act as processor on behalf of our customers. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@betall.app.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Account data: name, work email, organization, role, hashed password
- Usage data: log-ins, feature usage, device and browser metadata
- Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status (card data is handled by our PCI-DSS payment processor, not stored by us)
- Communications: messages you send to support or sales
3. How we use data
We process personal data to:
- provide, secure and improve the service
- authenticate users and prevent fraud and abuse
- process payments and manage subscriptions
- send service and, with consent where required, marketing communications
- comply with legal obligations
4. Legal bases
We rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (running and securing the service), consent (where applicable, e.g. marketing) and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Data location & transfers
Data is hosted in the European Union (Germany and Finland). Where any transfer outside the EEA/UK occurs, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Audit logs are retained for a configurable period (default 2 years). On account deletion, data is erased or anonymized within 30 days, excluding records we must retain legally.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may exercise rights of:
- access, rectification and erasure
- restriction and objection to processing
- data portability (export in JSON/CSV)
- withdrawal of consent at any time

Contact privacy@betall.app to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
